1. Terms of Use

Access and use of ceomentor.club are subject to these terms. By browsing our website, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Service Conditions

ceomentor provides personalized mentoring and coaching solutions for CEOs and executives in Singapore and worldwide.

Pricing proposals are complimentary and valid for 15 days. All bookings are confirmed upon written acceptance and according to the payment terms specified.

3. Payment Terms

Payment can be made via secure bank transfer or card payment through our online platform.
A deposit of 40% is required upon confirmation of your booking.
The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the mentoring engagement.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the tailored nature of our services, once a session has commenced or been scheduled, it cannot be refunded.

For cancellations before the start of a program, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: 85% of deposit refunded.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 45% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days: no refund available.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ceomentor.club.

5. Limitation of Liability

ceomentor is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances. Our guidance is based on provided information and the current legal framework.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (text, logos, design) is the exclusive property of ceomentor. Reproduction is not permitted without prior written consent.

7. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, amicable mediation will be prioritized. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Singaporean law applies.
